Purpose
For what purpose do we process your personaldata?

At SATEC we process the information provided by interested persons for the purpose of managing their queries, sending the information they request, offering interested parties offers of products and services of their interest by any means (postal, email or telephone), as well as events that we organize.

In order to be able to offer you products and services in accordance with your interestsand improve your user experience, in some cases we will prepare a “commercial profile”, based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on said profile.

For how long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or as long as its deletion is not requested by the interested party. In addition, the data will be deleted after a period of 10 years from thelast confirmation of interest.

Legitimacy
What is the legal basis for the processing ofyour data?

The legal basis on which we carry out the processing is your explicit, free and informed consent. The prospective offer of products and services is based on the consent that is requested, without in any case the withdrawal of this consent conditioning the execution of the contract.

Recipients
To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The data will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases wherethere is a legal obligation, and will be accessed by order of processing by the web technician, hosting and email sending provider.

In some cases, the data will be communicated to other companies of the SATEC Group for internal administrative purposes, including the processing of personal data of clients or employees.

The SATEC Group has a code of ethics mandatory for all employees, as well as a supplier approval system that guarantees their trust and responsibility.

SATEC contracts its virtual infrastructure under a “cloud computing” model through the Group company Servicios de Hosting en Internet, S.A. (Interhost) and under the Service Level Agreements, confidentiality and data processing agreements signed with it.

What are your rights when you provideus with your data?

• Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as towhether or not SATEC is processing personal data concerning them.
• The interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. The data provided will be kept as long as you do not request the cessation of the activity.
• In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data,in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
• In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties may object to the processing of their data. SATEC will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons,or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

The personal data that we process at Sistemas Avanzados de Tecnología, S.A. come from the interested parties themselves who have provided us with their data or from other companies of the SATEC Group.

Special categories of personal  data are not processed in any case.
